Project 365: 87 | Artists | 09.14.12
We had a friend over for dinner on Friday and then the three of us went to karaoke. There was a man sitting next to us at the bar who had enjoyed a few drinks before we arrived. Whenever someone started singing, he would shout out his artist guess. Needless to say, he was hilariously wrong every time, except when he got the Bob Dylan song incorrect, correct and then incorrect again. I took this screen shot when we got home, which was taken after midnight, but I'm counting it for Friday's photo.

Some of the nautical decor in my favorite karaoke bar. We went last night and for the first time ever, karaoke was broken. Sad face.

We celebrated a friend's birthday last night at a Thai restaurant that also has karaoke. We ate delicious food, sang and danced while a group of children sang a surprisingly good rendition of Party Rock Anthem.

Karaoke Fun: Undercover Jewel
I loooooooove karaoke. Love it. I also enjoy Jewel...and funny videos. So put those three things together and I. Am. In. I have previously shared this video with my karaoke friends but I feel that everyone could benefit from watching it. It is six minutes and forty-six seconds well spent. Trust.

Four Minute Break
I am a huge fan of Adele -- her voice is beautiful, powerful and she makes it all seem so easy.
This song is one of my favorites from her new album, 21. I love the beat, the melody, the lyrics. I would sing this at karaoke if I thought I could do it...
wait for it...
justice.
