Couch to 5K -- Week 1, Day 2 Recap
Workout: Brisk 5-minute warm up walk. Alternate 1 minute of jogging and 1.5 minutes of walking for a total of 20 minutes. 5-minute cool down. (Same as Day 1.)
Location/Distance: Our street + some time on our closest main street. 1.95 miles + whatever the distance is for the ~5 minutes of additional walking I had to do to get home because I somehow missed the "you're halfway there" alert and went a bit too far before turning around. Whoops.
Music: Burlesque -- original movie soundtrack with various artists but mostly Christina Aguilera and Cher.
What I probably would have been doing if I wasn't working out: Snuggled up inside where it is warm and dry, possibly with a glass of wine.
How I feel: My legs hurt.
Next workout: Sunday morning.
